LASER IN-OFFICE MASTERSHIP LEVEL TRAINING
COURSE CERTIFICATION
The purpose of the in office training is to have the doctor and associated staff become comfortable in the use of the laser clinically spending minimal time with lecture type presentation. This will be accomplished by the following schedule once the training date has been confirmed.
Initial Contact – 4-6 weeks before date. Schedule a call either audio or FaceTime with the doctor to discuss how the laser will be used in their clinic. From here I will develop a outline and scheduling template for the day.

COURSE OUTLINE
Procedures available to include in the training days include
Soft Tissue Procedures
- Grenectomy / Z Plasty
- Gingival Trouphing
- Endodontic Protocol
Hard Tissue Procedures
- Restorative Procedures: Class V / III / IV
- Periodontal Closed / Open Flap Surgery
Osseous Procedures
- Crown Lengthening
Time will be spent prior to each procedure reviewing the protocols with the doctor and staff to ensure confidence moving forward.
4 weeks prior training – A PowerPoint will be sent to have the doctor and staff to review prior to the training day covering basics of laser dentistry. This will cover the physics and laser advantages over traditional dentistry.
1 week prior training – Zoom meeting setup with the doctor and RDH to review the reviewed information and have a Q and A session which will be approximately 1 hour in length
Training day – Start times:
- Day One – 8 am – 5 pm | Day Two – 8 am – 1 pm [ 1-2 pm followup ]
A treatment spreadsheet will be implemented in clinic to document laser treatments for the next 2 weeks
2 weeks post training – Zoom meeting to review cases and procedures that have occurred
This will be the basic in-office training model moving forward to engage the doctors to use the technology purchased confidently
IN OFFICE TRAINING: ADVANCED PERIODONTAL
This two day training will involve the dentists and the RDH to formulate a LASER PERIODONTAL PROTOCOL to implement in their office.
This will include:
- Day One – Diode laser certification training, lecture for doctors and RDH to include laser basic info and diagnostic protocols for successful results.
- Day Two – Clinical periodontal laser therapy, RDH with LBR, DMD with LAPT
This would be a out of pocket expense for the clinic and completion of BASIC IN-OFFICE TRAINING is required.

COURSE FEE
$5,000.00 plus travel expenses, limited to only staff at clinic, no restriction on numbers but no outside doctors or RDH.
This would be a saving to the clinic as we are doing procedures day two and should bill at least $5-7000.00.
